Models ED 160, ED 100, ED 50

- Designed for line speeds less than 30m/minute using three straps and adequate space between the corrugator spray tank and coiler.
- Automatic cutting, pipe threading and strapping.
- Product recipe control
- Pipe ejection to either side
- Automatic twine insertion optional
- Inner coil dimension ranging from 480mm - 1000mm
- Coil widths 230mm - 750mm - Product pipe diameters 40mm ID to 200mm OD

You will need a username and password prior to viewing the video so please contact us for access. This was shot in January 2007 and is 4" corruugated single wall pipe being coiled at about 60'/minute. The line has been runnig nicely at about 85'/min on 100' coils.

- Watch the standard coiling operation
- The tubing will be cut, the coiler rotates 180 degrees and the tubing is restarted in the next spool.
- Automatic strapping takes place
- The coil will be automatically ejected.
